Toll tariffs, charges and fees

You are charged a toll every time you use the Northern Gateway Toll Road. The amount you pay depends on the type of vehicle you’re driving. Toll tariffs are signposted as you approach the toll road.

From August 1st 2011 a payment charge applies to each payment made through the kiosks or contact centre when purchasing toll trips. Please refer to the casual users charges and fees section below for more info.

From March 1st 2012 toll tariffs increased. For more information please view the Media Release, or FAQs.

• Car: $2.20
• Light commercial vehicle: $2.20
• Heavy vehicle (more than 3.5 tonnes): $4.40
• Motorcycle: $2.20
• Caravan or trailer: There is no extra toll for towing a caravan or trailer.

Tolls are GST inclusive.
