If you have used the Northern Gateway Toll Road and not paid for your toll within 5 days you will receive a
toll payment notice. This notice is sent to the person registered in relation to the vehicle that used the
toll road and will include an administration charge of $4.90 per notice issued.
If you do not pay the toll payment notice within 28 days we will refer any unpaid tolls and administration
costs onto a debt collection agency and will issue an infringement notice with an additional fee of $40
for each unpaid toll.
Infringement notices that are not paid will be referred to the courts for collection as an unpaid fine.
