If you have received an infringement notice or infringement reminder notice there are two payment options available to you.

Note: Paying your infringement notice doesn't clear your outstanding toll debt issued through toll payment notices. You will need to call us on freephone 0800 40 20 20 Monday to Sunday, to arrange your payments.

Why you have received an infringement notice

You have been sent an infringement notice or infringement reminder notice as you are either the registered owner (or a nominated driver of a vehicle via a statutory declaration), and the toll and administration fees have not been paid within 28 days.

How to pay an infringement notice

You can pay a toll infringement notice by post or by phone.

By Post

You can pay your infringement notice by posting your remittance advice and cheque for the complete infringement amount to the address below:

You can pay by credit or debit card by calling us on freephone 0800 40 20 20 Monday to Sunday. From outside New Zealand call +64 6 9536200 Monday to Friday.
